Settlement, 1923
Settlement between Aqa Yad Allah, son of the late Fath Allah, and his wife, from Varnusfadiran, and Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village, exchanging a piece of land in Dashtandah plain and some shares of water in Haji ‘Ali Akbar's garden for twenty-seven tumans and five thousand dinars, with five thousand dinars for the detriment clause.

Settlement of Hasan Khan, 1910
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Hasan Khan, the son of Haji Mirza Isma‘il, sells a house and a garden in Char Minar [Chahar Minar], including the limited right to use water from Ab Anbar [cistern], to Aqa Sayyid Ahmad Fakhr al-Hukama’ in exchange for two hundred tumans. Asad Allah denies any claims on the house on behalf of himself and his paternal aunt, Tuba Khanum. Zaynab Khanum, and Fatimah Khanum, the wife and daughter of Hasan Khan, respectively, also have confirmed that the house and the building belong to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan and that they have no claims.

Settlement of between ‘Iliyah ‘Aliyah [Fatimah Khanum], daughter of Mirza Muhammad Vali Sadr al-‘Ulama’, with her son, Mirza Muhammad Sadiq, in which she transfers her share of water of a qanat in the Zarch village of Yazd; the letter has the seal of Fatimah.

Sale document of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali (son of Darvish Ibrahim) and his wife, Mashhadi ‘Izzat (daughter of Mulla Husayn Kadkhuda), with Khanum: one is over a piece of land, located in Qasr-i Hamid, in exchange for three tumans; the other is over water usage of Khanqah in exchange for one hundred and ten tumans. Additional rights of both sales were settled for one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement of Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Javad, with Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Haji Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn, over some shares of usage of water from a qanat, for two thousand and six hundred tumans. She has also sold her revocation right for two hundred tumans, making the total price two thousand and eight hundred tumans (January 8, 1918). On September 27, 1919, due to the late Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim's debt, Haj Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qavvam and Haj Mirza ‘Aliriza of Fayz Abad, sold three-fifths and two-fifths of the share of the water to Haji Muhammad Baqir, the son of Haji Muhammad...

Settlement of Haj Sadiq Harisi with Haji Ghafur and Sayyidah Ziba Khanum, 1913
Haji Sadiq from Haris transfers a house and a garden located in Shishgilan, including the water creeks, the stable, and part of the water share of the late Sardar's qanat, to Haji Ghafur and his wife, Sayyidah Ziba Khanum, the daughter of the late Aqa Mir Sattar Khabbaz [the baker], in exchange for two thousand tumans.

Settlement between Khadijah Khanum and her husband, Jaʻfar Quli Khan Sari, 1931
Khadijah Khanum settled her mahr, which includes water use and properties from the farms in Chahar Charik village, with her husband, Jaʻfar Quli Khan Sari for 3500 tumans, of which she received 450 tumans and 2550 tumans is the price of part of a property and two-sixths of a mill. Dated April 5, 1931. On the margin, Khadijah Bayg Layk has verified the content of the settlement and confirmed the receipt of 450 tumans.

Settlement and crop-sharing contract between Khanumi Khanum and Bala Bayg Yavar, 1820
These documents include: 1- a settlement, dated April 23, 1820, between Khanumi Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Sultan, and her husband, Bala Bayg Yavar, the eldest son of ‘Ali Mardan Khan, in which she settles her mahr in exchange for a farmland known as ‘Ali Akbar farm, in Guni, as well as some shares of water usage from the qanat. 2- on April 25, 1820, Bala Bayg Yavar rents the crops and products of ‘Ali Akbar farm and water usage from its qanat from his wife, Khanumi Khanum for thirty years in exchange for an annual amount of twenty tumans.
